Lost Bluetooth

My phone has lost its bluetooth conection to blue&me
It is the phone not the car B&M is not in the list of bluetooth devices on the phone, This happens every few months is this normal for bluetooth??

motorola changed the operating software recently & that has caused 'issues', go to www.fiat.com and to the blue & me section where you will find full compatibility/issues with your phone.
