Did actually contact them earlier today and they said approx £215 + vat but they couldn't give me an exact amount because i didn't have the part no.

ecu repair
Car has gone back to the garage the place who supposedly repaired the ecu were very apologetic and said send it back and we'll sort it out. Thing thats worrying me is that it took 5 days the first time and it may take longer this time because of the bank holiday.
Hope the post is quicker this week.

Got a loaner car yesterday. really not expecting my car back till thursday due to bank holiday post and opening times.
The loaner is a peugeot 405 its really heavy and bulky to get round corners and both me and my husband struggle to get legs under the steering wheel. Makes me miss my brava warts and all.

Yep doesnt help that theres the writing on the side with the tel. no. Have you ever felt like you were being watched when driving a courtesy car like people are looking at you thinking they must be a bad driver they've had an accident keep away from them? But it does have its upside as other drivers seem to try to stay away.

Hi again quick update. Got a call today was told that the company that supposedly fixed the ecu have now sent me a new one that has been coded for my car. Should arrive tomorrow well fingers crossed.

Just collected my car it's running and running well Its got a new ecu. Great. Now all i got to do is sort out those lights. Thanks for all help and advice.

Booked it in for M.O.T while i was there. Gonna try do niggling things myself if poss. Do you know whether all warning lights have to work for the M.O.T. I know the ABS light must work but my car aint ABS.
