General looking for some advice

Hi guys, Iam looking for some advice. I have recently got a new job and Iam unfortunatly being forced to sell my Stilo due to the company offering poor petrol allowance for a private car. Basically, Iam unsure how much the car is worth, and unsure how much to sell it for. Could anyone give me any pointers? Any help would be appricated, Iam happy to give more info,

2004 model, 40010 miles, FSH, 2 owners including myself.

Is your car allowance based on emissions?
Are you self employed?
Do you do your own tax returns on self assessment?

There are some big tax reliefs (£4000 on 10k miles pa) whether you are self employed or not if you use your car for business use regardless of what size car you use
