I have recently purchased a 2019 Autotrail motorhome on the Fiat Ducato chassis.
I noticed that it has locking wheelnuts fitted, with what looks like metal spinning covers over them.
I attempted to remove the cover, so I can confirm that I have the correct locking wheelnuts fitted key, but the cover will not come off. It is smooth all the way down the sides, so unable to use a tool to prize it off. I did notice a black plastic 2 piece tool, which I tried to push over the cover, then pull off, but the tool comes off without the cover!
I am now afraid if I get a punture, I won’t be able to change the wheel. PLEASE HELP!

If the correct tool will not work then I would try a long nose pair of pliers.

Agree with Bugsymike. Or go to your local tyre supplier and ask them to remove them now. They may need quiite a pull if trapped mud has seized them on somewhat. Hydaulic suction can be difficult to break, dont be afraid to put some force onto these as the nuts will be able to accept it. COnside drilling a tiny hole on the end of the caps.
