Locking Wheel Nuts. Help!!!!

Ok, just set off down to the shop and realised that I have a flat on my 2 week old(to me!) Bravo.

No worries I think, get the space saver(brand new) and all the kit out and set to.

Only to find that the wheel has 3 normal bolts on and one locking bolt. The guy who sold me the car gave me a little black box and said it was for the locking nuts. There are two adapters in there and neither seem to fit the damn nut!

Am I just being stupid or should the adapter just fit straight on. Or is there anything I need to remove something first?

Failing that do I get on to the garage which is about 20 miles away or can I call in my chums at Green Flag to get it off!!!

Any help much appreciated cos I don't know how the hell I'm gonna get to work 2moz!!!

Cheers

Does your alloys have a wierd plastic plug with a plastic rod/plunger in the middle?

If so its to remove the shiny covers off the locking wheel nuts, then you push the plunger in to remove the cap from the plastic plug, then you should be able get your locking on it.

It should go on with ease. Turn the locking nut round slowly till it slides on.

Yeah, think there is one of those plastic things in the box, what exactly to I do with it?

Sorry, just it's parked down the road and I need to walk down to sort it!
