Technical Locking problems

Aha! Back again.
The passenger door lock stopped working from the outside again. The top rod had came out of the white retainer. This appears to just have the rod pushed into the plastic bush. I think it needs a snap over clip the same as the bottom. Is there an upgrade or different bush that can retain the rod better at the handle end?
It was easy enough to pop it back in, but I want to solve the problem permanently.

It maybe the old ones a bit worn and the holes to big so it pops out? its not a common issue on here so why not by some new clips and see if that shoves it cause the holes the right size and is holding the rod properly!.

I think finding the clips is the problem. Do you have a code, part number for them?

No idea but cant believe there not available? if in doubt id visit the local fiat dealers parts department!
