Hi, any have any idea why the passager door won't lock? Fita 500 Lounge 1.2L 2015.
So6nds like the actuator is working but I can even push the lock in from inside the car??
Any help would be much appreciated

Can you test it with the door open by pushing the lock latch part into it's second position using a screwdriver, then lock car with your remote still with door open and see if it locks then. If it does it may be adjustment, failing that you may end up needing a new lock.
Note release the door catch fully to it's open position before trying to shut the door normally or you will damage the lock.

Just tried that but nothing, thabksnfornthe advised.
The handle on the inside is in the permanent locked position, but still open lol. Could be an adjustment issue??

Not much to adjust these days, is it possible a rod link has got bent inside the door panel?

I've had the door card off and it looks ok, is there just one on the passager side?

Not sure to be honest.
No sign of anything bent?
That handle in locked position, is it straining the lock part by being out of line?

Yet that handle is out of position?

Yeah handle out of position, will not push in to lock, but opens the door fine from the inside and out, just won't lock

Can you disconnect the handle where it goes into the lock to see if that affects it, incase it is straing something out of position?

Will have to be tomorrow now, don't have a garage and it's pretty dark up north haha. Will give it a go after work. Cheers for the suggestions

Sorted it, the inner door handle connection rod/wire clip wasn't in its position/location. Clipped it back in and all good

That's good, so we were looking in the correct direction.
