what you mean by Live HTTP Header? Are you refering to a HTTP Request/Response header?

Nope I meant the Firefox add-on.. its something to do with looking at what gets feed through/received the browser I think?

Thanks I saw that one, but I'm trying to work out how to use it (for work purposes - boss is too busy to show me ).

Ok worked it out - it shows the calls that are sent/received to a server when you load a webpage.
