Rough idle is probably nothing to do with the injector or TB.
For the injector, remove it, get it ultrasonically cleaned and tested. You'll find lots of people in Yellow Pages (look under fuel injection).
There's not really anything worth cleaning on the TB itself -- it has no jets, it's not a carb.
But this won't do any good at all if you have a tank half full of rubbish and a dirty fuel filter................

It is you with the tank that seems empty but will only take 22 litres, isn't it?
Drain the tank. Put the petrol in a bucket overnight. Put something over the bucket so that rain doesn't get in. Next day, slowly decant the first half into another container. Get rid of the rest.
In the meantime, buy a new fuel filter (looks like a dirty coke can, under the car), fit it (make sure it's the right way round). Pour the good petrol back.
This may or may not get rid of the rough idle, but it's a good place to start!

Rough idle could be temperature sender, or MAP (or a fuel pressure issue). Does it do it hot and cold, or what?
I'd be inclined to put some decent petrol in, maybe with a little injector cleaner, and can the ******** off it.
