Technical Link to induction cone?

Hey peeps,

This is for my 16v. The silicon tube i got has a 70mm inner dismater ....

Do i need to buy an induction cone that has a neck diameter of 70mm or slightly smaller?

Most i seen on ebay is bigger than 70mm ?

Any help or linkd would be great!

you would want a internal dia of the filter ideally the same with the external dia of the pipe

if the pipe isnt too thick you might be able to get that on at a stretch but you need to know the external diameter of the pipe

Me and whitz were looking at these a while ago as they look like a bargain alternative to a CDA if they are similar.

If not you want to get a 70mm external piece of pipe to slot inside the hose and slide filter on like a joiner. Or just go for a proper CDA

Those defo looks decent! but i think £40 is bit on an expensive side for me at the moment. But compared to the CDA defo cheaper!

Why do i want to know the external dia of the silicon pipe if i want to slot the induction cone into the pipe?

Think the joiner method defo a winner and the secon link i posted includes the reducer to 70mm so should work!
