Technical Limp Mode

I have bought a Punto Evo 2012
It has been chipped to 165
When I bought it, was in limp mode.
I had a specialist reset the Cam Belt but it would not let him get the car out of limp mode.
Any ideas on this?
Is it worth getting a Virgin ECU to return to factory settings?

What FIAT codes is the ECU showing as errors??

Did they have the correct kit for the spec of engine??
