Like button?

I was thinking.. we can't thank anyone in LL, although if i agree with someone or find something useful for whatever reason we could acknowledge their post or be seen to agree or like what they have said. I'm not saying this could be added in a similar way to the thank button, but also shown on the thread itself? Just an idea, and maybe pointless.. but i keep finding myself wanting to show my gratification in LL without actually commenting. Thus further integrating FF even more with facebook? Could be a completely stupid suggestion, but i've had a few beers and am putting it out there

Maybe not having a like count so it doesn't matter if it's abused.

Well it's half on - then it fudged up, so I've disabled it until I can work out why

But when it's working, there will be 3 new icons next to the ones there now:

Smiley Face = Thanks (same as now - current data will also be imported)
Thumbs Up = Like
Thumbs Down = Dislike

If there are 5 more "Down"s than "Up"s - then the post will be minimised, so you'll need to click to see it

Thanks will be disabled as normal in the general forums - but likes and dislikes will be available there.

Ok, working now, with a little bug that means the bar shows on every post, regardless of whether it's been liked or not.

Hopefully sort that out tomorrow

Moved the likes and stuff now into a little box at the bottom of the post, I didn't like all those extra boxes at the bottom - and it is more integrated now

Is it still working ok?
