Lights coming on with front screenwash

Hi guys

my latest problem i have just noticed is my dipped beams are coming on while i pull the trigger for the front screenwash. the washer still works and the lights stay on until i let go of the trigger. any ideas what could be wrong, has some wiring twisted its way together or something???
