Can anyone tell me how to take the fans out in the Brava as I want to put led's behind them

you mean the girlles or the knobs ?
If the knobs, you need to take out the center console bit.
4 screws under the radio/fascia, 2 on each side of the switches under plastic caps, 1 under the fan speed knob (pull it out) and 2 near the ashtray
