Technical Leaky fiat

Hi, I noticed a wet patch on my drive yesterday, I took a look underneath the car and notice fluid dripping from the area circled.

Can anyone tell me what it is please and possible how to fix it?

Have you had the air conditioning running?
The air con draws all of the moisture out of the air and drops the water in a pool underneath the car. If it is water, it’s perfectly normal.
