leaky boot

after all the rain i have a nice wet boot carpet in each corner by the lights and by the rear arches on the boot floor mainly drivers side is worse there is a small vent near the rear light that is hidden from the outside by the bumper and in that area was full of water have stripped all the carpet and trim panels out and dried all the wet area with loads of cloth even stripped lights out and cleaned all around seals and put them back and made sure they was tight but when you poor water over the boot its still coming in somewhere and im now lost as to where

Stick someone in the boot with a torch in their hands and then pour water over the car to see where it's coming from.

Or another alternative, fold the rear seats down and remove the parcel shelf and get someone to sit there and look for the leak

done that as i said but cant see where its coming from it just forms a small puddle on the floor by the drivers light and the small vent

mate i had the same problem, i tried everything.
i thought the rear window was leaking so i sealed it up, but it still leaked.
then i thought try and pour water everywhere and i found out that it was the sunroof.
so ive just sealed it up for now, so if anyone knows of a fix for this i would be greatful.
but i would deffinatly try the sunroof matey.
