I'm laughing my head off at this point, and imagining all the dirty marks in the Alfa 155's boot as you haul this treasure home to your garage... :D

:eek: WOW, I always thought gearboxes were hard to get! Won't that be exciting to discover how good that is... and again, I wonder how much oil that leaked out on the way home...

Of course, you don't want to be messing around with any partially-seized engines. Those photos will come in really useful in ten years' time, when you claim that the perfect motor in your red Turbo was rebuilt from a pile of scrap... :p

You would think that at least the pistons might be useful - it's not like they're going to corrode away. The furry crankshaft isn't exactly a problem either. I'm sure you'll have fun getting that apart.
