Kyb shocks; Still the best value?

Heya guys, Our fiat Brava 1.6 16v has been lowered last 3 years on 40 Gmax springs and original shocks. The shocks are beyond amusing now and need all four replacing. My local mototspares has a brand new set of 40mm P.I springs in that im having for £50. But which shocks would work well with them?. Kyb always seem to get a mention, are they still best for a good value set up? Cheers Greg and Kayla
