KONI Sports Suspension Adjustable

The KONI Sports Suspension Adjustable has 3 settings, standard, medium and hard. If we set to medium or hard, will it lower the ride height or just firmer ride? Please advise.

Firmer ride only. Also note that this is on rebound NOT compression.

This means the damping as the wheel is pushed up when you go over a bump remains the same but the rate at which it returns afterwards is changed. It stops the car wallowing as you go into corners without making it a stupidly bumpy ride.
