I put a search into google and discovered a company named Koa Design, so out of respect for their trade mark I need to change my name that I add to photoshops, website and sigs etc.
I'm in the process of designing a new website so it feels like a good time to make the change.

Now what I want to do here is ask for opinions on the name to use, but I also need to know how many of you have Flash installed so i'm setting up a multiple choice poll.
Could you all please just choose one of each.

Hmm, I will have a think, I have never liked mis-spelling for the sake of a name, but Koa Creations doesn't look as good.

I voted for KK - don't really like any of the names to be honest. KoA Design -that was perfect. KK sounds like a cereal but is the best on your post.

How about - KoA Graphics?
 
Isn't this kinda like Trancendentals hassles with that Danish company?

Since you don't charge for your service Mark, I would leave it as it is until they ask you otherwise.

Yeah it's not like i'm taking any of their buisiness, however I have made a couple of websites for companies in the past, so with a chance of more of the same happening, I may have to change it if I want to take it any further.

Personally i'm not too sure about any of the suggestions above, so any input would be great peeps ;)

I did realise I was gonna get wrist slapped for the KKK one, It was a last second addition and there's no way I would use it in hindsight :D

I voted for Koa Creations spelt with a C as the other one looks like text speak. Sorry mate but have to agree with everyone else though only the original works. Have you actually looked up the other firm to see if they have a copyright on the name? How about Ko R design? (y) (n)

Go for Koa Kreations, the two Custom/Kustom ones sound like a dodgy bodykit company.
Presumably people without Flash could select to skip Flash animations ??(I'm just thinking about people on dialup and 1930's style computers)

Skip the flash and the chances are you'll miss the entire site and end up in siberia :D

As it stands the whole thing may be based around flash and I won't have the time to create two sites :(

However it's not gonna be large flash files so it shouldn't be too bad for those in the ice age :)

My main problem with staying with the Koa Design thing is, if people see my work and think they like it, the first thing they'll do is look for Koa design through google or try the .com thing in the address bar.

Ko R Design is an option Ben but may still be too close, and that would mean me losing part of my name :cry: :)
