Hi all. I had a quick search and maybe come across the answer i was looking for, but i just want to check -
I have a Punto 1.2, i think it's a mk1, was made in 96/97. Anyway, there's been quite alot of roadworks going on around my area lately, re-surfacing roads etc (this could just be conicedence) but a knocking sound has started coming from under the car, towards the back, passenger side. I took it round to a guys i know to take a look at it. He jacked it up and removed both rear wheels, both sides were Ok, doesn't look like the bearings. The exhaust wasn't moving excessively, not enough to knock against the bar above it.
The knocking seems to get worse when you turn corner for some reason
Someone said it could be the bushes in another topic? What do you think?
Thanx for any help
