Technical knocking,thumping noise

hi, newby here.
my 898 cinq has started making a knocking thumping sound when turning left on bumps only. it was fitted with a g-max kit 6months ago, could it be the top strut mount or bottom ball joint, any ideas thanks.

Could be either. You can generally see any movement in the top mount by putting the car on stands and pulling on the wheel. Noises from the bottom may be the ball joint, but are more often the bushes on the bottom arm.
