Technical Knocking noise problem

It seems more obvious when going in a straight line so it suggests anti roll bar in some way. At road height does there seem to be reduced clearance between the arms and anti roll bar

You are suggesting the arb is hitting the control arm? I'm seriously thinking of strapping al old phone to something underneath and set it on record

Do you have anywhere where there is a kerb you can drive upto such that the drop of the kerb allows you to get underneat the car at road height and have a look arround

I have an inspection pit and had some more looking around this morning, you were right, the control arm is hitting the arb. I've ordered some uprated control arm rear bushings and arb bushings. Will report back when I replace it! Thank you!

Update, replaced control arm and arb bushes. The arb ones were like new but the bar itself was offset to one side about 15mm so the other side was interfering with the arm. Also fitted a bit shorter stabilizer bars. Thanks everyone for the help!

Thank you for your sharing. I have a problem with the arb bushes and I am planning to replace them. At first glance the metal part covering the bushes seems to be welded. I removed the bolts and tried really hard to take the rubber off, but I couldn't. How did you mange to change those bushes?
