General K & N Induction Kit on a MK1 Punto?

First off i know you've heard these questions before and im sorry but i have tried searching for similar answer but to no prevail, my questions are.

1. Is it worth installing the item?

2. Does it make sound nice even without a exhaust?

3. What is the best induction kit to buy cause i dont like cutting corners with cars.

4. In relation to Q.2 i know it supposed to increase engine throttle to make it louder but does it increase performance?

1. If you're after noise over anything else, yes! And if you want better mpg under normal driving, yes!

2. Without an exhaust your car would be as loud as hell anyway.... But with just the standard exhaust I think they sound good.

they sit on top of tb near heat, so suck hot air, better choice a gsr kit pm oldschool or a bmc cda.
