Yep
Quite a few in the SE not to mention SPECS which takes your average speed over a measured distance, the only place you can speed now is on your playstation.

Ironically, it is the country back roads where you now feel safest from cameras, patrols etc. and can let the mighty Uno rip. It's ironic because these are also the most dangerous places for big speeds. So, don't.
I had a crazy idea the other night on the Auckland motorway. I thought of a special 'speed pass' that could be sold for use between 12AM and 3AM, basically turning the motorway into a private racetrack. The 'speed pass' would be a large self-adhesive set of numbers to be affixed to the rear side window and would only be available to those who had held a full driver's license for three years.
All other motorists, pedestrians etc. would be advised to keep clear, all passholders would be exempt from speed limits. If only.
