i have had a quick look around on here, im assuming my bump strips are just stuck on?? with with a bit of care and time i can get them of and have no holes rite?

i have a 2004 active sport by the way

not too hard to do, worth while using a hairdryer, or heatgun (becareful) to warm the glue up before hand. Then once warmed up, some say use fishing wire or simlar, i used an old credit card to slide under the bump strip and SLOWLY peel off, dont want to rip any paint off.

Once done use WD40/GT85 to get rid of any left overs. Some say autoglym tar remover, but i found WD40 to be the best.

It looks great once complete though (Y)

I just carefully pulled mine off after it sat in the sun for a few hours and was baking.
I used a old cd and wd40 to remove the leftovers then a good polish.

I also removed the black vynal off the doors. Mine had all ripples and bubbles under it
