well i dont reall wanna do any arch work.... i've been tryin to ask "bad_boy_cinq" how low and what rims he has on his yellow cinq but he hasnt got bk to me, cos thats the look im goin for...

Put the 15s on a 60mm drop and you'll not need a handbrake.

it'll work at the front, the back might get rather intresting this is what happens with a Cinq and a 60/40 F/R kit with ET25 (ET35 wheels with 10mm spacers) on J6.5 rims

With the wheels at the front about 5mm you can see it's doable, latter I took the spacers off and actually drove the car like that biggest problem was scrubbing at front with the arch liners at the rear there was okat clearence, but really you need to widen the rear arch about the 10mm or so

And this is ET29 up front

The front wheels are dead level with the edge of the arch so it's not really drivable like that.
