Just bought Nathan's HLX Bumper

I just bought Nathan's HLX bumper for my 100 SX. Problem is his bumper is as black as me, and my car is white.

I'm having it sprayed this weekend, after I take of the middle section for meshing.

My question is how mych should I pay a backstreet garage to do it?

Is it easy to replace?
