hello ,ive posted about this anoying fault in the past.
had my stilo jtd remaped two months ago,to really tow the caravan.on the way home with the van in tow.we had a vibration at about 1850rpm in 4th or 5th gear.then without the van on, just in 5th gear.it felt like the clutch was breaking drive but the revs didnt rise.so today ive just fired a c+g motorsport clutch in it ,(uprated coverplate) its even worse now.its been remaped to 165hp by celtic.had a good look at the flywheel,seems to be no side to side movement in it.although the centre will turn about 30 to 40mm but there is tension opposing this movement and its by no means sloppy.
any ideas would really help.
