Hooraaa!! its fixed !!!!! :worship::worship: turns out to be the wrong clutch pressure plate, he came and fitted it this morning (in the snow) and it works.

Thanks for the advice, I will be back hohoho.

how the hell did he do that?

the pressure plate on them is the same used on the vast majority of 8v FIATs

glad it's fixed, but i don't buy the explanation!

Me neither really but its fixed and didnt cost me anything, personally I think he left a socket in there or similar as the clutch worked, you could put it in gear press the clutch and move the car easily.

Wont use him again!!
