It's Taking Shape!

The back diffuser is now on. I've been drivin round for the last week with it fitted but not sprayed and then with no bumper whatsoever much to the delight of the neighbours who thought I'd crashed it!!! But nope it's back together and here's what it looks like! What do ya reckon???

Hi Andy!

Thanx glad u like it. It's a Rieger back diffuser fitted onto the original bumper. I couldn't decide on a complete kit that I wanted - none had both back and front spoilers that took my eye so I bought this back one and and a Cadamuro Design front splitter. Not replaced the side skirts as I really like the ones that are already on the HGT anyway.

Yeah - part number 931562584 price £109.99. Sorry it's so expensive but it's a Fiat only part. They are trying the market with them. You're supposed to stick em on yer bonnet like Jaguar but this one's got a mind of it's own and likes to lie under the wheels!! LOL!

I have to say i do like it in Silver aswell....u dont get to see many ones in Silver. Hope to see the car at some meetings coming up

Bonnet vent is coming along nicely - hoping to have it finished b4 the meet on Bank Hol Monday. Have to use my girlie charm with the bodyshop!!!

Somebody put a posting on here not so long back asking if the HGT bonnet was the same size as the others and YES it is and they were also looking for a HGT bonnet. Whoever you were do you still want it???? If so drop me an e-mail [email protected] cos mine will be for sale as soon as this other one is ready.

Hi!

Decided on the F50 bonnet vent - bought a bonnet that Rob D had going and left it with the bodyshop. Went over today to see how it's going and it's sat in the bodyshop not touched...!!!!!!! Had a bit of a scream and shout and told them it was needed for Monday to be on the car and sprayed up etc.... so this afternoon the bonnet got cut up and the vent placed..... needs loadsa filler and should look ok...!!! I hope.... good job my Uncle owns the bodyshop - at least he knows I'm impatient!!!

PS - I think MiniRob has got the same vent - he may post you some pics to get the idea.

It wasnt the speed bumps I was scared of. It was more a case of tring not to take of your front splitter whilst driving directly over the great pyramids of Widnes! (or was it Runcorn?)

Hi Martin.

We bought it off somebody on the forum who was selling it cos he was gettin rid of his Bravo. He hadn't had chance to fit it. It's a Cadamuro Design splitter - apparently from Italy - not sure how he got hold of it. It's only a front extension not a whole bumper. Mart just cut out the existing grill on the bumper and meshed it.
