Italian Stripes on a 500

I'm in the process of getting a new nearside wing for my 500 Lounge after my daughter decided to modify the shape of the current one. The car is white with the green and red Italian stripes. To buy a new stripe 'kit' from Fiat would cost a massive £156 (you have to buy the complete kit) but the same, non-Fiat kits are available on a famous auction house for about £30. Quite a difference!

Does anybody have any experience of the cheaper versions, and would they recommend them? Many thanks

Might be better off going to a Vinyl place and getting the bits you need colour matched and cut to shape

I would guess the internet stickers are of a lower standard and my be slightly different colours or fade at a faster rate.

Thanks tenpastnine, thats a good idea. The wing has arrived, just need to get it fitted (subject of another post!) and then I will sort out the stripe.
