Technical It jumping all over

Its kind of the same problem as the kangeroo ride one... it just judders in first gear. Not every time only when I need to pull away from a junction or roundabout, basically when I need to get out the way of an on comming car/lorry. But I noticed when I was coatsing down hill.. I I slipped back into 4th and it did the same not so badly tho I guess it was because I had lots of momentum.

Its just worrying me, because I seem to have no end of problems with this car. btw its '98 fiat Bravo 1.4 sx with 4 wheels and brakes. So any help...would help

Make sure the plug leads are 100% correct as prone to tracking

Strangly enough the problem with it jumping around in first gear seems to have dissapeared.. All I did was shout and swear and metions taking it to get valued at the scrap yard and it never did it again... amazing

I had similar problems with mine, they're damn good cars the Brava, but the twin coil unit that they run is total rubbish and prone to breaking, expensive to replace too, £120 a time, I know, I put two on in three years!

Just the coil. But on a waste spark system it has two coils. But they are both built into the same holder and you can not swap just one. Another money making idea i bet
