General It blows but no heat

Hi,
My 2007 x250 Ducato doesn't produce any heat the fans work on all settings.
My research leads me to believe it's the matrix...

hi I have the opposite mine blows hot all the time even when its turned to cold

check to see if the heater pipes are getting hot if so check all the cables are working

The pipes are getting hot, I will take apart dash today to see if the cables are good
Will let you know my findings

So it turns out it was the cable,
Quite easy to get at (after removing the centre section, which I didn't need to do!)
If you look up from the clutch pedal to the left (RHD) you can see a green cable with a torch you can see where it connects
I then move it with my hand, then twiddled the dial on the dash an this moved it back, there must be a return Spring missing hop full I can order this
So at the mo I can leave it at hot and reduce to cold as necessary from the dash
Bit of a faf but better than freezing!!
