Hi everyone I am new to this however I am hoping it will help me find some answers to my problems. I have a 2010 Ducato with a motorhome. We purchased it with 21000k on the clock. Shortly after we purchased it we were reversing when it shuddered and went into neutral. a message came up on the dash with gear unavailable. I turned off the engine and restarted to find it would select a gear again. It has been back to fiat twice now to have a new actuator fitted. The first one did 350km & the second 400km. I have been told they will need to replace the hydraulic system actuators. They say the reason is related to an alignment??
