Technical Issue with Fiat 500x

Hi, I have a Fiat 500x s-design 2017. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my car for a while now. The car switches off randomly whilst I am driving (usually when I am slowing down)I lose all ability to steer/drive. an alert ‘start/stop unavailable’ comes up every time it cuts out. I have had two diagnostic tests done on it along with a battery health check. Diagnostics come back with nothing wrong and battery check came back as 75% with 12.6v. I hope someone can help! Check the main earths, battery to body, body to gearbox…
Stop start requires a specific sort of battery and it needs to be at least 85% healthy
Wife’s renegade, same as 500x, had similar issues and new battery sorted it. There’s generally nothing wrong with older stop start batteries, I’ve had her old battery on my 2000 Cherokee XJ for three years now with no issues
