If I get a BS answer on Monday here's what's going in the post:

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is the
third, and final written complaint that I’m making about my car, a Fiat Punto 2006, registration number xxx xxx.
My car has developed a problem with its steering since late 2007. I have been to two different dealerships and neither could rectify the problem.
The problem is, when a left turn is made, the steering wheel does not return to the center position, causing the car to severely pull to the left. The same does not happen with right turns. I have demonstrated this to the technicians at Sydney City Alfa, who has witnessed this, and acknowledges the steering is faulty.
This needs to be resolved ASAP because of three reasons:
- It is dangerous to drive a car that doesn’t drive straight.
- How am I going to sell my car when it obviously has a serious safety issue/fault?
- It has caused premature wear and tear to the front tyres. The front left has only 3mm left while the front right has 5mm. I have had several wheel alignments done and tyre pressures checked and they are both perfectly fine.
Under your instructions the steering motor has now been replaced, but this did not resolve the problem. Sydney City Alfa have advised me they’re now awaiting further instructions from you on the next steps to take.
Its been well over a week since we’ve last heard from you and I need to know what you’ll be doing to have this resolved. I would like you to call me (xxxx xxx xxx) by COB Friday 29th February to discuss this further; if not I’ll be taking the matter straight to the ACCC.
Thank you and Best regards,
Kevin
