Is there anyone who can help me?

I have received a "FREE" Phillips 5 Disc CD Changer and would like it installed in my car (Bravo). I have been advised that it is not compatible with the Grundig stereo but was wondering if there was a connector available which would convert the Phillips cable into a Grundig? Can anyone help?
