Is there any easy way of removing dings

Hello all...is there any easy way of pulling small dents and dings from my Bravos bodywork...about the size of a British pound coin and about an eighth of an inch deep..?

For big dents you can use like a suction cup with a handle and pull them out but for small little dents your going to need a rubber mallet and a block of wood. Wrap the block of wood with a cloth and put on outside of body work and use the rubber mallet gently on the inside of the bodywork.

Or get a bodyshop to do it for you.
