Is my cpu fooked? (ot)

Here it is whats the verdict?
It starts up very occassionally then just crashes, have replaced the cooling fan and power supply and neither have helped
any suggestions?

Without another motherboard or cpu, could be impossible to tell. It sounds like a heat problem but who knows. Without putting a different cpu in the machine I don't hold out much hope for an accurate diagnosis.

Unless you have had a complete cooling fan failure and therefore cooked the cpu, you may not be able to tell visually.

Check that everything else is seated properly, RAM graphics card etc. Run the system with the case off and cold air blowing on it, i.e. from a fan heater set to cold.
