You can make your own loom that plugs into the original plugs, but there will be implications such as wiring not being up to scratch to run 2 headunits.

My suggestion would be to run through a seperate wire from the battery with an inline fuse, and give it its own grounding etc. Wiring the speakers would be your only pitfall really.

May i ask the need to have 2 headunits connected at the same time?

Trouble is, fitting a second headunit etc would cause more problems than swapping in/out a second headunit as youd have to mount it somewhere! If they're gonna be twitchy about you removing one and replacing with another, they're sure as hell gonna moan about another whole somewhere! :D

I never heard of anyone wanting to be able to run 2 headunits in the same car......................as Luke said, no problems on the power side, it'd be the speakers that may present a problem............

Im sick of people continualy changing my cd's and i hate the way the aftermarket facia looks in the stilo, so i was gonna mount the cd player in the top glove box, OUTTA SIGHT hehe, then all they would see would be the OE!!!

In that case, why not just get a CD changer or something mounted in the boot/glovebox out of the way? Will be much much simpler :)

I think that is the ONLY place to mount the Stilo Blaupunkt CD-Changer - it is standard fit, and quite a few of us on here have one (y)

The unit itself comes with a new liner, for the top part of the glovebox.
