My iphone plays via Bluetooth the commands from my sat nav ap and plays it through the speakers but I cant stream music.
I thought if it can play the directions it could cope with music?

Music would be a different streaming format than the satnav app maybe, I would guess apple use a different music encoding that blue and me cant recognise?


or on android there is a menu in the Bluetooth settings on what audio to play through Bluetooth, splitting the phone audio and music, iPhone's might have this.

Whats because the satnav app (probably google maps?) is tricking the car into thinking its getting a call for each command it send, when you next use it you'll notice it probably says call on the head unit when its giving the command, before dropping back to the music.

Unfortunately nothing that can be done about it.
