Intermittent indicator problem

Hi guys/girls just wanna ask about a bulb problem im having! Fiat stilo 1.2 03 plate
Flashing fault on dash then goes off then on and off again changed the bulb but still having the same issue could someone please help driving me nuts thx in advance

e.g what bulb / function indicator?
