Could you guys show me some interiors you've got....even standard ones..I want some photos of seats and dashboard together if you can!! I would like to get some ideas from you guys!!

The standard interior varies so much between models (so you can nick bits n bobs from other versions and "adapt" )

Yea they are the same ones as yours. Problem is the red goes pink after a couple of months... (had them about a year now - copycat )

yer mine have faded a little, took them out during summer so didnt get so bad but back in now.

yea. im toying with the idea of trimming some custom covers for them. But then id only end up spilling my tea on them Leather ones it'll have to be. Then i might as well get some cobra's

yer buy some cobra's better than seat covers, by the way how much urs cost?? mine cost £55!!! a bloddy lot for something that looks rather horrid now because of being a dull red not bright red.

Think they were £40 for the front and rear set. Which brings me to another point - why dont they do plain black ones for the front

they only do the rear ones in black as far as im aware. Got them from my local market. i get 10% off

There you go then, thats why you paid an arm and a leg for em. why didnt you go for the blue ones Surely they match better than red with your 2 tone paintjob

its because when i bought them i was told i was getting a black uno formula from my uncle but then my dad stepped in and said i dont want it and i wnt this one (ba$tard). i do hate my dad seeing the other cars he cld have given me, id of most liked one of his hummers.

Well theres little point in getting a decent one now is there??? When they're just sitting around they half rot to death. i had mine off the road for about 4 months whilst i was learning to drive, and it took me a further 2 months to nurse it back to health again.

Have it as a project car - learn how to do various mods. Also get some tools and learn how the car engine/drivetrain works. Strip it down, rebuild it etc. That kind of knowledge is worth its weight in gold - trust me.

do u know if the punto/uno engines are pretty the same?? so if i learn about this engine i will know about my punto one? as im very sure i will have it as my first car(my first car il be driving anyway).

They're pretty much similar i think. The uno turbo and mk1 punto HGT are the same engine anyway. But all engines work on the same principle so worth learning even if its not for a specific engine.

I learnt about engines on a 2L pinto engine and a 4.2 rover V8, but didnt stop be getting stuck in rebuiding my 999cc...
