Styling Interior trim

Hi all, Could anybody tell me where I can get interior trim for a 2016 MWB Ducato.
I'm converting it to a campervan an want to cover things like the uprights, I removed the bulkhead so that needs trim up the sides and across the overhead shelf, also under the windows etc...

In addition, I want interior grab handles for left of front passenger door, left of sliding door and a grab pole for centre of sliding door. Any ideas please.

Most conversion companies cover the pillars with veltrim or box them in with leatherette stapled over a wood / mdf trim.
