Does anyone know what the wire colours are for the 3way plug on the rear interior light (operated by the sliding door not the rear doors). I have now panelled over the plug so I can't see them I will have to fish them out of the flexi further along. I assume Fiat is the same as Citroen Relay as they are both Sevel?

On my Citroen Relay they are orangey red/green, white/green, and black
But I have learned you can't assume anything about the wiring colours on a Sevel van
When I needed to find the Alternator D+ I looked at the converters guide and it shows it as a brown/white wire going to the converters socket.
My X2/90 Ducato van has this socket, even though it is not on the spec sheet or been charged for.
I tried to find it at the loom going in but couldn't
So took the socket out and found it was brown/black
I found a brown/black wire in the loom nearer where I wanted it, and cut that to find it wasn't the D+
I then found another brown/black wire and cut that to find it wasn't the D+ either
So I had to go back to the converters socket and cut the brown/black wire there to wire it in and run a cable back from there.
I can only guess the loom manufacturer must have run out of some colours, and substituted whatever other colour came to hand

Seval and there suppliers seem to use anything to hand to get the vehicles down the line out the door.. got to admire the Italians sense of humour !!!

Thanks for all the info. I could not actually get to the wiring as it was so tightly bundled inside some flexi-conduit with no slack to pull it out. So in the end I mananged to tap in to the light over the rear doors ( sliding door also operates rear interior light), replacing the old 10w bulbs with LEDs didn't work either as the ecu detects insufficient loading and they stay on dim permanently, so I have a mix of bulbs and LEDs, using a resistor to fool the ECU would create too much heat. All sorted now with foot step LEDs by the sliding door, and 2x 5W bulbs in the rear garage area.
