Technical interior clock not working and Airbag light on?

jus got me a punto 1.6 90 and the clock up on the sunroof panel is not working? i took apart and coudnt see anything wrong with it, but the backlight in it still comes on??

i took the dials panel apart to replace with some cool blue l.e.d's but when i wired it up and put back the Airbag light stays on constantly??

did you leave it iginition on when you changed the l.e.d's? have you treid disconnecting your battery for an hour then reconnect this might work.

ignition was of, and i actually took the whole dials panel out and did the leds in the house! nothing has shorted or any fuses blown

i will try disconnecting the battery for an hour, i presume this resets the ECU?
and hopefully that airbag light will go of
