There's a 2013 around me that looks like it has been well cared for and I'm interested in. Only snag is that the soft top is broken and now cannot open but does not leak. My understanding is that it is very expensive for a shop to fix this and that is IF you can even find one to do so.

My question then is how bad is it really to DIY the repair? and how much might the broken top change what the car is worth? Appreciate any insight you guys could provide.

Model
500 Abarth soft top

Can't figure out how to delete this thread if someone could help me out. I've chosen not to pursue the car after learning just how big of a deal broken top is.
