Hi folks ..
night before last my clocks stopped working. All of them, including the digital trip meter.
I read some of the posts on here and found a few that had encountered the same problem. So first of all I checked all the connections by taking the panel out of the dashboard to ensure the plugs had not come lose or fallen out of the back. None had.
I 'wiggled' the wires about to no avail, although when I pushed one plug (the center one) they came on for a split second then went off again. I pushed on that plug again but the movement in the clocks was never repeated.
They did play up a few months ago .. for a few weeks on and off, but then it seemed to clear itself - until the other night! Now there is absolutely nothing .. no movement at all cept the petrol light is constantly on. All the warning lights work ok and the car starts first time.
Is it likely to be a faulty PCB?
Regards
