Technical instrument cluster not working

My instrument cluster doesn't work fuses are fine the center screen works can only see mileage and time which is wrong cant do anything else but when i switch car on it shuts off tried wiggling the fuses and the dials jitter a little bit any suggestions

Just a guess, but may end up remove speedo/instrument panel and try taking wiring plugs off and cleaning with good quality switch cleaner electrical spray.
See if any one else on Forum has had similar issues.
